What Does the Work Involve?

Partner businesses need help keeping up with customer messages across WhatsApp, email, and live chat. As a Task Remote user, you'll respond to routine customer questions using approved templates and guidelines — no cold outreach or sales required.

Do I Need Customer Service Experience?

No prior experience is required. You'll be given clear scripts and guidelines for each task, so all you need is good written English and attention to detail.

Typical Tasks

• Answering common customer questions via WhatsApp using a provided script
• Replying to routine emails with templated responses
• Following up on customer inquiries within a set time window

Earnings & Flexibility

Chat and email reply tasks typically pay around KSh 160 per hour of active work, and you can pick up as many or as few sessions as fit your schedule. Earnings are added to your balance immediately and can be withdrawn to M-Pesa once you reach KSh 150.
